Same Bosch, Different pumps

There's a general lack of fuel injection pump service providers and we regularly receive inquiries about Bosch products that aren't designed for Mercedes-Benz. While we otherwise stick to one brand, there's a need for work outside the Mercedes-Benz family which presents us with more opportunities to dive deeper into the world of fuel injection pump restoration. Porsche 911 pumps, such as the Bosch PED6KL 60/120 R3 Z seen here from a 1973 Porsche 911E, have their own unique characteristics from Mercedes-Benz pumps but open the door to a wider and equally-passionate clientele.

Much like their Mercedes-Benz counterparts, Bosch fuel injection pumps for Porsches are equally complex and little understood. We took our 20 years of experience, applied them to Porsche models and with a little more trial and error, not to mention help from original documentation like those seen here, we were able to seamlessly add Porsche fuel injection pumps to our ever-growing list of offerings.
